What we do

Practice directions

01

Legal analysis

We examine your situation, the documents behind it and the applicable German and EU rules. You receive a written opinion with the realistic options ranked by risk.

02

Document drafting

Contracts, terms, powers of attorney, notices and internal policies drafted from scratch or revised. Every clause is written to survive a dispute, not just to be signed.

03

Transaction support

We accompany purchases, leases, share transfers and supplier agreements from first draft to closing. Due diligence, negotiation notes and signing checklists included.

04

Consultations

A focused session on one question — in the office, by phone or online. You leave with a written summary of what was agreed and the next step.

Redwood Law office in Würzburg
About the firm

A small office with a long memory

Redwood Law opened on Kaiserstraße in 2007 with a simple idea: a client should always understand what is happening in their own matter. We deliberately stayed small so that the lawyer you meet is the lawyer who works on your file.

Most of our work comes from clients who came back or sent someone. That shapes how we advise — we would rather talk you out of a weak claim than bill it.

  • Direct contact with the lawyer handling your matter, not an assistant.
  • Fees agreed in writing before any work begins.
  • Every opinion delivered in plain German or English, in writing.
Process

How we work

01

First conversation

You describe the situation and we tell you honestly whether we are the right office for it.

02

Documents & scope

We review the paperwork, define the scope of work and fix the fee in writing.

03

Legal position

You receive a written analysis with the options, the risks and our recommendation.

04

Execution

We draft, negotiate or represent you until the matter is closed, keeping you updated at each stage.

Clients

What they say

Client meeting at Redwood Law

They found the clause that would have cost us the whole lease. The revised draft was ready in three days.

Katrin LöwensteinRetail owner, Würzburg

I expected months of correspondence and got a settlement in six weeks. Everything was explained before I signed anything.

Markus BrennerEngineer, Schweinfurt

The inheritance matter had divided our family for years. Redwood handled it calmly and the fee never moved from the estimate.

Questions

Frequently asked

An initial consultation is charged at a fixed rate agreed before the appointment. If we go on to handle the matter, that amount is credited against the final fee.

Yes. Consultations, correspondence and written opinions are available in German and English at no extra charge.

A contract review typically takes three to five working days, a written opinion up to two weeks. Court proceedings depend on the court's calendar, and we tell you the realistic range at the outset.

Most matters can be handled by e-mail, video call and signed digital documents. We ask for an in-person meeting only when the file genuinely requires it.
